An Evansville man was arrested for exposing himself to an employee at the Neighborhood Walmart Market on First Avenue.
It happened just before 9:00 Saturday morning.
Walmart surveillance video shows 27 year old Kenneth Colbert Jr. placing his hands near his groin area while looking directly at the employee.
Colbert did this several times before the employee noticed what he was doing.
He was later located inside the Advanced Auto Parts on North First Avenue and arrested.
Colbert was booked into the Vanderburgh County jail.
