A Knox County teen has been charged with reckless homicide in the death of 18 year old Hunter Ravellette.
The coroner has ruled his death as a non-contact gunshot wound to the chest.
Thursday afternoon, 18 year old George Smith of Vincennes was arrested after he turned himself in at the Knox County Jail.
A 17 year old has also been arrested for illegal possession of a firearm.
On March 31, Indiana State Police along with Vincennes Police responded to the 400 block of East Locust Street for a subject with a gunshot wound.
Ravellette died at the scene.
