An Evansville man is in jail after a fight that police say culminated in a stabbing.
Officers were sent to the 1400 block of South Governor when an 9-1-1 caller said her ex-boyfriend stabbed her current boyfriend in the leg.
The victim told investigators that it was Damion Floyd who stabbed him during a dog-walking trip.
The victim said Floyd showed up out of nowhere and got into a fight with the victim before producing a 4-inch knife and stabbing the victim.
Floyd was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail.
