Strong storms and tornadoes raced across multiple states in the South and Midwest Friday night leaving several people dead and thousands without power.
The National Weather Service has identified at least seven tornadoes that hit Indiana.
Sullivan County endured the strongest storms that left three people dead.
Eighty mile per hour winds blew down trees, toppled campers and motor homes and took out power and internet at McCormicks Creek State Park in Spencer, Indiana.
Reports say one person from the campgrounds was taken to a nearby hospital and several campers suffered cuts and bruises.
