Two U-S Army Blackhawk Helicopters crashed in western Kentucky Wednesday night.
NBC News reports the aircraft were connected to the 101st Airborne based at Fort Campbell and that there are several casualties.
The crash occurred about 10pm in Trigg County during a training exercise.
Governor Andy Beshear says fatalities have not been confirmed but are expected.
Kentucky State Police, in a news release this morning, say they are on the scene along with several state and federal agencies.
