Vanderburgh County Deputies were called to CVS on Weston Road in regards to disorderly conduct.
Upon arrival, deputies spoke with members of an organization called Predator Catchers Incorporated.
They are based out of Indianapolis.
Members pose as underage children on various media sites.
If contacted by adults, they will interact like they did with 26 year old Erik Fischer of Evansville.
He thought he was chatting with 14 year old Maddie on a Whisper app.
Fischer stated that he wanted to hook-up with her.
Saturday night Fischer came to the CVS to meet with Maddie when he was confronted by PCI.
Deputies interviewed and later arrested and charged Fischer with child solicitation.
