The man who faced arson charges after being accused of setting several e-scooters on fire has died.
That word comes from the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s office.
Investigating officers say 70 year old Marion McBride lit fires on 20 scooters at several locations, most notably Wabash and Franklin streets.
The prosecutor’s office says his death closes the case against him.
