One person was arrested yesterday after a standoff with Owensboro police.
24 year old Eric Burroughs barricaded himself inside his apartment.
He is a person of interest in a shooting that happened last month on West 5th Street.
Two victims were found shot inside a vehicle.
Police arrested 23 year old Timothy Hinton earlier this month for the same incident.
Burroughs is facing several charges including robbery, kidnapping and assault.
