An Indiana State Trooper stopped a vehicle in Vincennes Sunday night for a defective headlight and improper display of a license plate.
The driver, 46 year old Jaimee Robinson had her three children with her.
The Trooper detected an odor of marijuana inside the vehicle.
Robinson displayed signs of impairment and failed sobriety tests.
Her daughters, 23 Janalyn Robinson and 18 year old Brianna Robinson had marijuana in their possession.
It was revealed during an investigation that the mother was under the influence of meth, marijuana and amphetamines.
She was taken to the Knox County Jail.
Her daughters were cited for possession and her 10 year old son was released to family.
