The Henderson Police Department conducted a traffic stop earlier this week on 39 year old Brennon Owens.
He was operating on a suspended drivers license, no insurance and in possession of illegal drugs.
He was also found to be in violation of conditions of his release from a Webster County, Kentucky drug case.
He was booked into the Henderson County Detention Center on a cash bond of $100,000.
Owens has been arrested 20 times on various charges since 2003.
He has a court appearance scheduled for Wednesday.
