An Evansville man was spotted by EPD driving erratically on the Lloyd Expressway Friday.
Officers ran his plates and discovered 47 year old James Gough had a warrant out of Ohio and was driving on a suspended license.
Police pulled in behind him at a gas station on Boeke Road and Morgan Avenue.
An officer spotted a broken glass smoking pipe near Gough’s feet.
He was found to have an Aleve container in his jacket pocket with a folded dollar bill inside with meth residue.
Gough was arrested on a list of charges including auto theft and possession of meth.
