Evansville police were called to St. Joseph Avenue near the Lloyd Expressway Friday night about a driver passed out in his vehicle.
Officers got the driver out and identified him as James Rollins.
Once he was out of the car, officers saw narcotics in plain sight.
A search of the car turned up paraphernalia.
The drugs tested positive for synthetic marijuana.
There were also blue pills that turned out to be Xanax.
Rollins was jailed.
