They told officers when they got home from school the toddlers would be in soiled diapers, because they weren’t changed all day.
They would have to bathe them.
LaCole Mosley and Daryl Moman were arrested after their home was searched.
Police discovered various drugs and ammunition.
Police noticed a trash bag near an air conditioning unit that contained two guns.
Mosley and Moman are both charged with drug possession and dealing.
Also, six counts of child neglect.
Moman is a convicted felon for armed robbery and dealing cocaine in Illinois.
The children were placed with family.
