A Henderson man has been charged with first-degree terroristic threatening.
Deputies were notified of a bomb threat around 2:30 yesterday directed toward the courthouse.
The building was evacuated for the rest of the day for safety concerns.
Henderson detectives connected the threat found on social media to 35 year old Shawn Hobbs.
He is lodged at the Henderson County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
The courthouse will reopen this morning with regular hours.
