The former Sears building located at Washington Square Mall has been bought by Goodwill.
This location will be home to their main office, mission services, thrift store, processing area, and drive-thru drop of site.
Twenty-five thousand square feet is reserved for a public charter school called The Excel Center.
Adults will be able to earn an Indiana Core 40 high school diploma and start post-secondary education at no cost.
Goodwill plans to keep their current location and turn it into an outlet store.
