Owensboro Police have arrested a person in connection with a fatal hit and run.
25 year old Faith Foreman is in the Daviess County Jail charged with leaving the scene of an accident, along with failure to render aid with death or serious physical injury.
25 year old Jacob Simpson was found on Sutton Lane last August.
Officials say Simpson was either hit or fell from a vehicle.
Foreman is due in court tomorrow.
