Fire crews are still on the scene of a large warehouse fire that started on Saturday on North Garvin Street.
The four alarm fire kept firefighters busy for several hours.
It’s unknown if anyone was inside the building when the fire started.
Mike Larson with the Evansville Fire Department says crews will remain on scene to extinguish hot spots.
He also mentioned that the smoke is not healthy to breathe.
Residents living near the smoke, especially those with respiratory issues should make sure doors and windows are properly sealed.
The Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office will begin their investigation tomorrow.
