The person detectives wanted to speak with in connection to an Evansville murder has turned himself in.
23 year old Kentar Collins, along with his attorney arrived at police headquarters Tuesday afternoon.
Collins says, he arrived in a vehicle at a home in the 1500 block of Judson Street just after 4:00 Sunday morning.
The female, who he knew, came outside to visit.
The victim, 25 year old Jaylen Curlee, also at the residence, walked out to Collins side of the car.
The two started talking and then several shots were fired.
Curlee died at the scene.
Collins was arrested at the police station and charged with murder.
