An Evansville man was near the Cane Ridge Wildlife Station in Gibson County when he spotted around 20 bald eagles all in one area.
Most of the majestic birds are juveniles that’s why some of them don’t have white tails and heads.
Jeff Helfrich says it’s not uncommon to see bald eagles in the area, but a little unusual to see so many together at one time.
Cane Ridge Wildlife Station is a 45 minute drive from Evansville and is located in Owensville.
