A referral from the Kentucky Internet Crimes Against Children Unit Task Force initiated an investigation of an Evansville man.
A search warrant was obtained and served Wednesday morning to a home on Maxwell Avenue.
67 year old Ralph Durden was arrested based on items that police found.
Durden is charged with possession of child pornography and is in the Vanderburgh County Jail.
