The double homicide task force in Delphi made an arrest last Friday for the 2017 murders of 13 year old Abigail Williams and 14 year old Liberty German.
50 year old Richard Allen was taken into custody and booked into the Carroll County jail without bond.
Allen blended in with everyone else in the town of 3,000 residents and worked at the CVS.
During the press conference yesterday, Doug Carter with ISP says they have probable cause, but the investigation isn’t closed.
Allen has pled not guilty to the charges.
