Remind your children to never enter a stranger’s home or vehicle.
Drivers should watch for children walking on roadways, medians and curbs.
Once they are home, parents should check out all treats in a well-lighted area.
The city of Evansville doesn’t have official hours, but recommends 5 pm to 9 pm.
