Murder and other charges have been dropped for the mother of Kamari Opperman.
Makaylee Opperman agreed to plead guilty of neglect of a dependent resulting in death and conspiracy to deal narcotics.
Her three old year died last October after ingesting a fentanyl pill and never receiving medical treatment.
Two other children had to be given Narcan.
Authorities seized over 5,000 fentanyl-laced counterfeit pills, $30,000 cash and a gun from a home.
Five other people have been charged in the case.
Opperman will be sentenced November 17 at 10 a.m.
