German American Bank on Green Street in Henderson was robbed Tuesday afternoon.
Police say the suspect passed a note to the teller demanding money.
He is described as white around 50 years old, with a thin build, missing a tooth and has a small tattoo under his left eye.
The robber got away before law enforcement arrived.
Police do not believe the community is in danger.
