The Evansville Police Department responded to a house on the 1400 block of South Harlan Avenue after a toddler tested positive for THC, the main psychoactive compound found in marijuana.
Witnesses told police that 25 year old Wynter Meiggs had brought her two year old to the hospital after he had gotten into some chocolate edibles.
Meiggs was booked into the Vanderburgh County Jail on an outstanding warrant and a neglect charge.
