A Registered Nurse and employee of Deaconess in Henderson was arrested when morphine, fentanyl and items compatible with the use of I.V. drugs were found in her residence.
Kentucky State Police say the medical grade drugs were discovered by two children in her home.
34 year old Amy Blaize, who also uses the name Nikki, is charged with two counts of drug possession and one count of endangering the welfare of a minor.
