A Daviess County courtroom was near capacity as a sixty year sentenced was given to Chase Simmons for the the murders of Amarius Winstead and Jasper Brown.
He is also guilty of shooting 19 year old Tyler Glover, who survived.
The Daviess County man shot the victims in 2019 while at a party in Whitesville.
His lawyers spoke briefly about his rough childhood and struggle with mental health.
Simmons will have a chance of parole after 42.5 years served with no probation.
