A man from Dubois County faces multiple charges after police say he left the scene of an accident.
Officers were called to the southside McDonalds in Jasper because of an overnight accident.
Witnesses told them that 37 year old Cory Brown was driving to Dewy Street Lofts and was possibly drunk.
When he was found he resisted law enforcement and battered an officer.
He was provided with lodging in the Dubois County Jail.
