The Demolition City Roller Derby team has made a comeback after a two year break due to COVID.
Saturday the “Bout For Blood” meet was at Swonder Ice Arena, their second match of the year.
The league includes two traveling teams, the “Dynamite Dolls” and the “Destruction Dames” who compete with other Midwest teams.
The “Bout for Blood” theme was to encourage fans to donate blood to the American Red Cross.
The gals gave blood as well.
It’s their way of giving back to the community.
