A special session of the Indiana General Assembly convenes today in Indianapolis.
Lawmakers will consider several measures including one on abortion.
That one has attracted the attention of Vice President Kamala Harris, who will visit the Hoosier capital this morning to talk things over with legislators.
Other items include a bill funding programs for women who can’t become pregnant and another to help Hoosiers deal with inflation.
