There’s a status conference scheduled for today in the case of Walter McCarthy versus the University of Evansville.
McCarthy, the former men’s basketball head coach, is suing the university.
The suit claims there are unfulfilled contractual obligations due to him.
It was filed early this year and claims that the university owes McCarthy more than $75-thousand.
No settlement was reached in an earlier conference.
McCarty was fired early in 2020 following an investigation into sexual misconduct allegations among other findings.
