Nearly two weeks ago Gibson County deputies were on the scene of a standoff at a trailer on West John Street.
After several hours law enforcement broke open the door and detained two people while searching the home.
Those two men were let go.
Two days later a warrant was issued for Domenic Migliarese.
He was arrested and charged with rape, aggravated battery, criminal confinement, and battery with serious injury.
He is lodged at the Gibson County jail.
His bond is $50,000 cash.
