The widow of a murdered Evansville firefighter has a date in court today.
50 year old Elizabeth Fox Doerr is charged with perjury.
Her arrest followed her testimony before a grand jury last week.
Since grand jury proceedings are secret, there’s no word on whether the testimony concerned her husband’s death.
Robert Doerr was shot to death in front of the couple’s Oakley Street home three years ago.
