Casey White, former Alabama fugitive has been charged with felony murder in the death of corrections officer Vicky White.
The grand jury indictment alleges Casey caused Vicky’s death in the course of committing escape in the first degree.
He is already serving a 75 year sentence for a crime spree in which he admitted to killing Connie Ridgeway in 2015.
The couple were on the run for eleven days leading to a national manhunt that ended in Evansville after a brief police chase and a rollover crash.
Vicky White died of a self inflicted gunshot wound shortly after.
