A Mt. Vernon man will serve seven years in prison for biting a jail officer in the leg.
The incident happened in November 2021 while being housed in the Posey County jail.
38 year old William Reynolds appeared in court Wednesday where he pled guilty of other charges including battery, resisting law enforcement as well the habitual offender enhancement.
