Emergency crews from Henderson, Evansville and Newburgh were called to the Ohio river Tuesday evening after a man jumped from the twin bridges.
There was quick response from all involved in the rescue.
The Evansville Fire Department had their boat in the water within 15 minutes of 911 calls.
The subject was pulled from the water still alive and complaining of back and tailbone pain.
