A crash by an intoxicated driver caused minor damage to a north side home around 6:00 am on the fourth.
It happened at Christ Road and Fares Avenue.
Police say 32 year old Matthew Orth had a blood alcohol content of .233.
Orth had damage to the front of his car from running into a wall.
He admitted to officers to being drunk.
In 2019 Orth was accused of nearly hitting a police officer while driving with a BAC of .259.
He is lodged at the Vanderburgh County jail.
