A medical courier business alerted police when they found 25 year old Tiffany Duncan inside their building.
An employee told police she left in a red truck driven by a man.
The only way to enter the building is by a code only given to contractors.
Police say surveillance shows eight other burglaries with the same two people dating back to mid April.
The driver was identified as Elsayed Radwan, once a contract employee, which is how he knew the door code.
They were arrested and booked into the Vanderburgh County jail.
