Evansville native Lilly King is competing at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary.
Over the weekend King’s 100 meter breaststroke clocked in at 1:06.65 to finish seventh overall in the preliminary heats, moving on to the semifinals.
She is scheduled to compete today in the 100 meter breaststroke at 12:48 p.m. central time.
Wednesday her heat for the 200 meter breaststroke is at 2:36 a.m.
King won the world titles in 2017 and 2019.
