An arrest has been made for a shooting that took place on the 3000 block of North Fulton Avenue last month.
21 year old Nyle Fox faces multiple charges including attempted murder.
The victim’s mother told police Fox pulled out a gun during an argument with her son.
The suspect left in a SUV, but later returned and shot the victim while he was walking near his apartment.
He was taken to the hospital.
His condition is unknown at this time.
