The Arc of Evansville has a new executive director.
Carrie Blackham started her position on Monday.
Her experience goes back 20 years working with individuals with challenges to reach goals of independence and stability.
Previously, she was the Chief Community Impact Officer of Pathfinder Service in Huntington, Indiana.
Arc helps to transition people from high school and provides them with adult life skills.
