The man accused of killing a pregnant woman last April has his jury trial set for December.
30 year old Terry Scott Jr. pleaded not guilty to the murder of Candilyn Sexton.
Terry is facing other charges such as the termination of Sexton’s unborn baby.
She was in her eighth month when she was killed.
Candilyn leaves behind four young children.
