The teenager shot Sunday night on Line Street has been identified.
The Vanderburgh County Coroner says Javion Deshay Presley McNary died just after midnight Monday morning from several gunshot wounds to the chest.
Detectives believe several persons may have been involved in the shooting.
Potential witnesses have not been forthcoming, and police are hoping homeowners in the area who have security cameras will come forward.
