A Hartford, Kentucky girl was abducted while sitting under a staircase using WiFi from a public library.
Police say a man picked the 12 year old up and forced her into his car.
With her hands tied, she was taken to a storage unit and allegedly raped.
The victim escaped and ran home.
Authorities say video surveillance and her description of the abductor led to arrest 30 year old Brett McKinney.
His bond is set at $50,000.
