A registered sex offender is jailed on a new charge concerning child molestation.
Court documents indicate Dashone Burton was using a false name until the victim’s mother spotted his picture on a sex offender registry.
She looked it up after finding Burton with her young son.
The victim described their encounter to investigators and said it happened more than once.
Burton is described as a sexually violent predator who pleaded guilty in two similar cases.
