The statue of a confederate soldier on the Daviess County courthouse lawn has been moved.
In 2020, the Fiscal Court voted to relocate it after the NAACP proposed its removal.
The Daughters of the confederacy filed a temporary restraining order.
A judge ruled in favor of the county saying the Fiscal Court owns the statue.
All that stands now is the pedestal.
