Evansville city pools are in need of lifeguards in order to start the summer season on June 4.
Officials say, they city normally hires a total of 150 people for the summer with 70 of them being lifeguards.
Qualifications for the job are a valid lifeguard and CPR for the professional rescuer certification.
Pool cashiers and managers are also needed.
Interim parks director Steve Schaefer says, there will be city swim teams and swim lessons at the neighborhood pools this summer.
