There’s been an arrest in connection with a shooting on West Franklin Street last month.
It was about 2:30 in the morning in the parking lot next to Franklin Street Tavern.
Investigators think there may have been an altercation before a man was shot ion the torso.
The victim was driven to a hospital where he was rushed into surgery.
Reports say the victim’s heart stopped twice during treatment.
A tip led police to 41 year old Clifton Carter who’s now charged with attempted murder.
He’s being held on held-a-million dollars bond.
