The toddler found wandering alone in a north side neighborhood has been reunited with his family.
EPD says the 2 year old got out of his home while a parent was napping.
The toddler was a block away from his house when a passerby seen him.
He stopped to remove the child from the busy street and called police.
Officials say if it wasn’t for concerned neighbors, the outcome could of been much worse.
The parents were not charged.
