An Evansville man wanted for dealing a controlled substance was spotted in Posey County.
32 year old Terry Lewis was found in Blairsville at an apartment complex.
Sheriff Latham says, once Lewis noticed that deputies had followed him to Winery Road, he fled on foot.
While running he entered a residence through a garage and confronted the occupants, telling them he needed to call his mother.
Lewis was taken into custody and arrested for the warrant, and faces new charges.
He is being detained at the Posey County Jail with no bond.
